- individuals, families, and businesses who currently reside in Sammakorn Village in Bangkapi, Bangkok
- people who are considering visiting or joining our community, for business or leisure
- people who wish to sell, buy, or rent property in Sammakorn
This website was originally created in the year 2000, so it is 6 years old already! A lot of the information is obsolete and some of the businesses don't even exist any more, whereas a LOT of new businesses have been created, as well as entirely new commercial areas!
We are looking for someone to take over this website, because the original creator of this website -- an American named Mark -- no longer lives in the area. Please contact us at this address: 
Please note: This www.sammakorn.com website (a "dot com") is separate from the official www.sammakorn.co.th website (a "dot c o dot t h") of the Sammakorn Public Company Limited which manages our village very well. Also, this website covers only the Sammakorn in Bangkapi, and not the Minburi, Nimitmai or Rangsit villages managed by the same company, as addressed on their website.
